Fife Health and Social Care Partnership has asked us to contact you to tell you about this survey.
Currently there are 86 community pharmacies which serve the 374,730 people living in Fife and in recent years, the range of services provided by them has grown significantly. Each year, there is a requirement for NHS Fife to provide a pharmaceutical care service report under the NHS (Pharmaceutical Services) (Scotland) Amendment regulations 2011. In order to do that, Fife Health and Social Care are looking for you to give them your views on the different services offered as well as how easy you find it to access your local community pharmacy.
