Fife Health & Social Care Partnership would like your input on the renaming of their online tool “Smart Life in Fife”
“Smart Life in Fife” is a proactive online tool that supports independent living, as not everyone needs a full Occupational Therapy assessment or wants to wait for one.
It is accessible to anyone living in Fife (24 hours a day / 7 days a week, 365 days a year) to complete an online assessment. The system will then recommend what solutions are available to manage your independent living or advise if professional input is required. It also provides access to a wide range of professional advice and recommendations on home safety, local amenities and general health information.
Following feedback on the Smart Life in Fife assessment tool, it has become clear that the current name does not reflect that it is a support tool for independent living that anyone can access or that it is widely known about.
As a result of this, they are looking to rename the assessment tool to better capture the core identity of the system and have narrowed the suggestions down to 3 potential name options for the assessment tool.
They want to invite you to take part in a quick poll, to share your preferred name choice, which can be accessed by clicking on the following link.
