We've been awarded Carer Positive Engaged accreditation by Carers UK, recognising our commitment to supporting employees who balance work with unpaid caring responsibilities.

The accreditation panel highlighted FVA's flexible and responsive appraoch, as well as the practical support available to staff.

The first Scottish Employability Day will be on 10 September, celebrating the work of Scotland’s employability services and spreading the word across the nation about good practice in supporting jobseekers to thrive and find sustainable work.
