Each party has made pledges to improve the lives of disabled people.

I get my Gas and Electric at present from SSE and I have applied for and got £140 off my electricity bill under the Warm Home Discount Scheme.

I recently received a letter from SSE say that I had been successful in getting Warm Home Discount Scheme and that I might also be eligible for their Free Appliance Scheme which is run in conjunction with Charis Grants. This scheme officers a limited number of free A rated appliances to customers, which includes washing machines, cookers and fridges.

I have several health problems over the years. I suppose the main one is Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and from that comes the others, though the diagnoses of MS didn`t come first.
