Dear colleagues,

Please join us for the next Health and Social Care Forum, focusing on mental health and suicide prevention in Fife.

Date: Thursday 12 November
Time: 10am–12 noon
Venue: FVA Glenrothes office, Caledonia House, Pentland Park, Saltire Centre, Glenrothes, KY6 2AL
The meeting will bring together updates on:
  • Fife Mental Health & Wellbeing Strategy 2026–2029, with Laura Harris, Programme Manager for Mental Health Services Redesign.
  • Member Spotlight: Substance Support Scotland, with Dom Kostanjsak, Head of Training and Delivery, sharing the organisation’s services and their impact on mental health outcomes.
  • Creating Hope for Fife: Fife’s Suicide Prevention Action Plan 2026–2029, with Mary-Grace Burinski, Senior Health Promotion Officer – Suicide Prevention, exploring the newly published Scottish suicide data and its implications for Fife.
This is an opportunity to hear about local priorities, consider how they connect with your organisation’s work and share updates with partners. There will also be time for networking over coffee.

Please save the date and share this invitation with colleagues who would benefit from attending. We would welcome your organisation’s perspective and involvement.
