Through reflection, discussion, and lived experience, you’ll explore how grief manifests in later life, why it’s often misunderstood, and - most importantly - how to respond with empathy, respect, and practical support.
They offer online training for individuals, or you can arrange a session for your organisation.

Cupar Health Walks with Bums Off Seats
These free local health walks are led by a trained team of volunteer walk leaders.
The walks are suitable for most people, even if you have a long-term health condition.
The walks take place on Mondays at 1.30pm, meeting at Fluthers Car Park Information Point, 28 E Burnside, Cupar, KY15 4BH.

Nordic Walking in Fife with Bums Off Seats
Nordic walking is a great way to socialise, learn a new skills and increase your fitness. Using poles helps work your whole body whilst walking.
Their trained walk leader volunteers will also teach you how to use the poles and refine your technique.

Get Walking this May with the Commonwealth Mile!
May is National Walking Month, and Fife Active Communities Team is delighted to launch this year's walking challenge – The Commonwealth Mile.
The goal is simple: they want as many people as possible in Fife to walk, wheel or cycle at least 1 mile every day throughout May.
