FVA's Guide to Bank Accounts for Third Sector Organisations

Most organisations should operate a proper bank account, in the name of the organisation. Choosing an account and knowing how to operate an account is important. The guide provides guidance on banking options.

Child Poverty and Parental Employability Support

Participants will explore the long-term impact of poverty in Fife, hear about the common challenges that parents and young people face in the transition to work, and learn about whole-family approaches.

The untapped potential of flexible working for people and employers

This Lunchtime Learning session is presented by Flexibility Works, Scotland's experts on flexible working. They provide training, consultancy, insights, and a community for employers that want to develop more flexible workplaces.

The Fife Employability Forum is held quarterly and brings together staff and managers involved in employability services from all sectors - aiming to help organisations to work together to improve employment outcomes for people in Fife.

This forum will provide a platform for management-level carer providers from third and public sectors in Fife to share knowledge and insights, stay informed, access training and education opportunities, advocate for caregivers, and influence positive changes.

Club Optimeyes will tackle loneliness and isolation associated with sight loss, with a range of fun activities and events designed especially for people who are under 40 years old.

Join Greener Kirkcaldy for a walk around Dunnikier Park, explore the woods, and find all of the hidden Easter eggs! 

The walks takes around two hours and is on paths and tracks so walking shoes/boots/trainers are recommended.
