Manage my Service
Later this year, we will launch Manage my Service. This single online portal will replace eForms and the Care Inspectorate's Digital portal, allowing care services and providers to manage all interactions with us in one place.
A range of support materials are available on our Manage my Service webpage to help you and your team prepare at your own pace. These include:
- Short video explainers
- Step-by-step user guides
- Webinar recordings
- FAQs, including guidance on how to submit your user details ahead of launch, if you have not already done so.
These resources contain the most up-to-date information and will continue to be updated regularly before and after the launch of Manage my Service. If you have a question about Manage my Service, and cannot find the answer in our FAQs, please contact our Contact Centre:

Healthcare Improvement Scotland is revising its standards for food, fluid, and nutritional care to ensure they continue to reflect current evidence, policy priorities, and expectations for high-quality care.
The overall aim is to develop clear, evidence-based national standards for the safe, effective, and person-centred delivery of food, fluid, and nutritional care.
They have developed a draft scope for the food, fluid, and nutritional care standards and have published it for consultation. You can take part in this consultation by filling in an online survey. The consultation will close at 17:00 on 15 October.
