Does anyone use Phanak Compilot 11 and Phonak Nathos Auto M hearing aids.
I bought the Phanak Compilot 11 because I was told that it would connect my mobile phone to my Phonak Nathos Auto M hearing aids, so that I would be able to hear my audiobooks and music through the hearing aids.
I don`t know what has gone wrong but I can`t get any sound coming through to my hearing aids.
I have been in touch with Phonak and even sent Compilot 11 back to them with no success. They have both been to the audiology at the nhs and they couldn`t get them to connect ether.
I have tried using different Samsung phones and tablets, I have tried my daughters Apple tablet and her Chinese phone but no joy.
I still think the problem is somewhere between the Phanak Compilot 11 and Phonak Nathos Auto M hearing aids because the light that is supposed to come up saying that there is sound coming into the Compilot 11 says that there is..... sound/audio going through Compilot 11 but it is just not getting to or through the hearing aids.
Has anyone else had this problem and did you manage to fix it.
