Carers Connect Events

Carers Connect is back for the first set of events of 2026!

The events help unpaid carers in Fife access vital services, meet key organisations, and learn more about the support that's available to them.

Lots of carers' organisations will be in attendance and there's a free prize draw for everyone attending. To top it off there's refreshments, food, and a quiet space to relax.

Everyone is welcome and you can pop in at any time between 10.00am and 2.00pm - it's a drop-in event.

The programme is designed for senior leaders in social work and social care to help build leadership capacity in health and social care.

NHS Education for Scotland: Digital Health and Care Leadership Programme - Open for Applications

The programme is open to all health and social care settings in Scotland including health, social care, social work, housing, charities and the third sector.

Funding Opportunities

Armed Forces Covenant: Rise Programme Pilot

The aim of this programme is to pilot a small number of grants to organisations to provide additional capacity to review their governance, strategic growth, maturity of impact measurement and financial resilience.

The Health Lottery: Community Choice Fund

Community Choice gives passionate people working with small charities and CICs all over Britain the chance to secure a grant of £1,000 for their organisation.

Help for Heroes: Veterans' Mobility Fund

The fund is designed to support veterans with physical disabilities resulting from illness or injury sustained during service. It does this by providing life-changing grants or equipment not usually available on the NHS.

Jeans for Genes Grant Programme

Their grant programme offers flexible, unrestricted funding of £3,000 - £5,000 to support genetic disorder charities and their communities across the UK.
