A free to attend workshop for family and Friendly Caring for an Adult or older person
This workshop is aimed at helping family carers of adult and older people living with illness, disability, frailty or addiction. It`s free to attend and aims to help you find out some of the things it`s useful to know about when you are caring for someone and will cover the following information:
- Power of Attorney and Guardianship
- Welfare Benefits
- Carers Support Planning
- Planning for an Emergency
- Future Planning
- Who else can help
- Keeping track and staying organised
You will also be provided with a Carers Toolkit to help you keep track of information that` useful to you.
This workshop will take place:
Friday 6th July from 10am to 1.30pm in Kirkcaldy
Thursday 12th July from 6.30pm to 10pm in Dunfermline
Tuesday 14th August from 6.30pm to 10pm in Kirkcaldy
Friday 12th October from 10am to 1.30pm in North East Fife
