Are you an unpaid carer in Fife? Do you support unpaid carers in Fife? Whatever your situation, it's important that carers have the right support and resources. Our Carers Connect events will help carers access vital services, meet key organsiations, and learn more about the support available.

Community Supports for Mental Health and Wellbeing for Children and Young People in Fife - 2025 Survey

Fife Voluntary Action is working in partnership with Fife Council to gather information from young people and their parents/carers/family members about the current availability and effectiveness of mental health and emotional wellbeing supports and services within local communities across Fife.

This survey is to help us find out what matters to you and your family and how we can improve services and consider what provision may look like beyond 2025. We are keen to hear directly from people who have either used services or have considered using services.

Health and Social Care Forum - April

Our forum is open to any third sector organisation working within the health and social care sector in Fife. The forum is a fantastic space for third sector colleagues to come along and hear about key developments in health and social care in Fife and nationally, discuss significant issues and network with other third sector organisations.

Peer Support Network Co-reflection

Thursday 03 April, 1.00-2.00, New Volunteer House Kirkcaldy

The Fife Peer Support Network hosts a bi-monthly (one every two month) co-reflection groups for people practising peer support in Fife, whether formally or informally, in paid or voluntary roles, or with groups or individuals.

Lunchtime Learning - DWP - Access to Work and personal funding available for disabled workers

At this session, Colin Duffus from Department for Work and Pensions will help us understand the Access to Work application process, what criteria and eligibility look like, the appeals process, and reasonable adjustments.

Lunchtime Learning - How to support people with autism in the workplace

Thursday 10 April, 12.00-1.00, online

Katy MacGregor, Disability Employment Coordinator for Fife Council's Supported Employment Service will help us to understand how autism can differ from other potential barriers to employment, what it's like to be an autistic person at work, and how the workplace can adapt.

Lunchtime Learning - Positive Steps to Increase Mental Wellbeing

Alison Ramsay and Amy Brown from the Fife Health and Social Care Partnership will help us understand the definitions of mental health and wellbeing, and the positive steps everyone can take to increase wellbeing.
