The Carers Forum aims to support improvements for unpaid carers, by providing a regular meeting space to hear their voice and experiences, so this can be shared with supporting caring organisations and authorities, to help contribute to meaningful change.
  • The forum will be accessible and available to all unpaid carers in Fife, aged 18 and over, regardless of who they care for.

  • The forum will take place both online and in person.

  • There will be opportunities to share experiences and access resources in an inclusive and supportive environment.

The Carers Forum will share its priorities, which will be identified by unpaid carers, with the Carers Provider Forum, which is a regular meeting for organisations supporting unpaid carers throughout Fife.

Membership is voluntary and is open to unpaid carers living and or caring for someone in Fife.

The Fife Carers Centre Manager and Health and Social Care IJB Carers Representative will also attend each Forum meeting.

Meetings will be scheduled for approximately 1.5 hours. The start time of each Forum meeting may change, as may the location.
